The Law Society, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Benburb Street Property Company Limited, purchased No. 32- 41A Benburb Street in 2005 and intended at that time to develop some or all of the site. Due to the economic crisis plans for the site had to be put on hold. The Law Society is now considering options for developing the site.

There are sports facilities for hire on part of the site consisting of:

• A basketball court
• Park exercise equipment
• A five-a-side football pitch

Sports and leisure facilities are temporarily closed due to Covid- 19.

There is also an open site available to rent. The site is approximately one third of an acre in size in Dublin City Centre with locked front gates, adjacent to the LUAS line. The site would be suitable for:

• Film companies with rigs
• Construction companies
• Haulage companies
• Open storage
• Car parking
